The best thing I like about this Kiravo platform is it focuses purely on WordPress rather than trying on other platforms. The hosting also feels more optimised right out of the box, right starting from fast page loading and built-in caching along with daily backups and strong security, which gives us a clean control panel which is much easier to navigate than traditional C panel environments. Their migration process was handled by their team with no downtime, which made switching providers completely stress-free, so they're on boarding was very effective at the initial stage. I also like that their support tickets are answered by people who actually understand WordPress instead of scripted first-level support. This platform is intentionally focused on WordPress, and hence, users looking for a general-purpose hosting provider may find it a bit limiting. Features like email hosting are not included, and hence we have to go with other 3rd party platform, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which is a major downside.
