Kintone's response rate and training tools have been the best thing about adopting this service. Our Customer Support Rep. had several Zoom trainings with our staff, imported all our records, saving integration time, and making it easy to start recording sessions. They respond to email questions with thorough answers and sometimes video content so we can learn how to modify reports. There are several features needed to track various grants, and we have it all in one CRM. The quarterly reports templates make it easy to use during reporting quarters and year end. What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you? Our department operates due to grant funding from 6 sources. They each have deliverables and reports requested each quarter, and tracking client demographics, inquiries, sessions, and outcomes takes a lot of time.
