What do you like best about Kintone?

I love that Kintone allows me to almost effortlessly track data. We have expanded the data tracking of our organization exponentially because of Kintone. It is VERY easy to create an app and easy to import and export data to a spreadsheet. I also LOVE that Kintone offers a Non-Profit price break. It allows us as a small non-profit to use a wonderful tool.

What do you dislike about Kintone?

There are a few features that are missing, that would be helpful. 1) searching for a partial name, like typing "JA" and having all of the names that meet that being available to select from. 2) being able to sort the 'apps' based on my personal frequency of use rather than when they were created. "Exporting Reports Is Handy"

What do you like best about Kintone?

I like being able to export reports from Kintone. It makes easy for mailing, verifying information and creating labels.

I also like that Andrew, has been available to help, and is willing to meet us for a video conference to clear up email misunderstandings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kintone?

I dislike that the applications are not always connected to other applications, so we end up inputting the data twice. We have tried to work around some features, and with practice it has become easier to use. However, we are not yet fully integrated onto Kintone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transitioning from our Excel database to Kintone has been challenging for us, especially following a recent merger. We are still in the process of verifying that all our data is accurate in Kintone before we can depend on it completely. Despite these hurdles, Kintone has proven helpful for managing our waitlist and keeping track of our Tutors. Having these two lists organized has made our daily tasks more manageable. What do you like best about Kintone?

Love how easy it is to use and create workflows to manage our business, even without a dedicated developer. I am shocked at how flexible it is and how much we have been able to automate and integrate with other systems we use. Support is great, cost is incredibly low, and the options are endless. Not really any thing that we would suggest or point to. We love Kintone and continue to find new uses and applications for it within our business and managing our processes. Seriously, we have 0 complaints or issues with Kintone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kintone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a multi step process that involves different departments and separate workflows that are managed in separate Kintone applications that link together and share information between them. It allows us to seamlessly work on order processing on 2 different levels at the same time to properly manage purchase orders and delivery of those items. We also have a customized set of documents that we need signed by our customers and all of that is automatically generated and sent out at the push of a button in Kintone because of integrations with other service providers. And all of this can be managed and run by the individual person assigned to each part of the process, which keeps everyone on track and aware of the work that is in their queue. "Simplified our "old way" of doing things"

What do you like best about Kintone?

When I started working here, the company had been using an excel sheet to do their daily and weekly reports. Often, someone would accidently save over the master, delete or change formulas, or save their version in different locations. This made things very difficult. It didn't take me very long to convert this into Kintone and centralize all of our reports into one location. We now use Kintone for many of our tracking processes every day, and it makes keeping track of everything so easy. When I do quarterly reports, exporting the right data is a snap. What's more, any time that I have a question or need help finding a solution, customer support is there for me. They make it too easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kintone has been an excellent platform for our team’s transition. Kintone is transforming the way we manage our data by providing a centralized database—something we previously lacked. With several hundred faculty members and nearly a thousand courses taught in our program over the past 70 years, this platform is streamlining information, allowing us to easily connect faculty to the courses they've taught and track how multiple instructors have taught a course over time. Additionally, we’re using Kintone to organize program enrollment and monitor registrations on a week-by-week basis. The ability to compare trends from previous years and visualize data through graphs has been invaluable.
