  ### 1. Kinsta is just simply the best.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I love the amount of control in the dashboard, the tools available, the ability to easily back up and restore, the staging environments. These controls save a tremendous amount of time with just one click.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike about Kinsta.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run several websites on Kinsta, and I've noticed a huge difference between sites that were built on Kinsta from day one and sites that were migrated from other hosting companies. The migrated sites often came with weird legacy issues caused by old hosting setups and drop-in plugins. The sites I've built on Kinsta have just... worked.

The staging environments are probably my favourite feature. I use them constantly to build new sites and to test design changes, custom code, plugin updates, and new features before pushing them live. It takes a lot of the stress out of making changes to client websites.

The built-in caching has also been rock solid. I've had plenty of headaches with caching plugins on other hosts over the years, but Kinsta's has never caused me any problems.

I also really like how much is built into the MyKinsta dashboard. The Search and Replace tool alone saved me hours when I was changing URLs after migrating a site. Being able to switch PHP versions, restart PHP, force HTTPS, turn on bot protection, and even edit plugins without digging around in server settings makes life so much easier. The optimization tools are great, and having access to the error logs has been incredibly useful when tracking down plugin conflicts or figuring out why something isn't behaving the way it should.

One thing I really appreciate is that Kinsta has saved me from my own mistakes more than once. If I push a piece of code that doesn't behave the way I expected or a plugin update causes a problem, I can often get the site back up in seconds by restarting PHP or restoring a backup while I work out what went wrong. Those tools have saved me from unnecessary downtime on more than one occasion.

Reliability has been excellent. Downtime has been very rare, and on the few occasions there has been a wider issue, Kinsta has always kept customers updated with regular emails explaining what was happening and how the fix was progressing. I really appreciate that level of communication.

The live chat support has been fantastic as well. Every time I've needed help, someone has responded quickly and actually solved the problem instead of reading from a script or bouncing me between departments.

At the end of the day, Kinsta lets me focus on building websites instead of fixing hosting problems. As someone who manages multiple sites for both my own businesses and clients, that's probably the biggest benefit of all.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I like how comfortable the dashboard is and that there is always Kinsta support personnel if things get difficult.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There's nothing I hate about Kinsta, but I do think that Kinsta should expand like I mentioned in my email to you guys.  I said you guys should integrate agent technology to let users/customers create whatever kind of sites they like or be able to remix old sites and make them newer or more updated.  This gives Kinsta an opportunity to expand their customer base as well service more clients with your hosting service.  Current Kinsta customers should be able to just purchase tokens to develop new sites.  New customers can subscribe to Kinsta for new site development with an included agent as well.  Then they just convert their site over to Kinsta hosting when the site goes live.  We do this for video games as well in the future by striking up deals with Unreal Engine, Unity, and Claude/Anthropic.  Anything similar should be sufficient.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta makes owning my own site a breeze with an easy to use dashboard as well as assistance whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

What I appreciate most about Kinsta is how much time it saves. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, staging environments are effortless to use, backups and restores are simple, and cache management is straightforward. Performance has been consistently excellent, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the support team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There isn’t much to dislike. The only improvement I would suggest would be an easier way to duplicate an existing website within the same account when starting a new project. Other than that, my experience has been consistently positive.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta gives me a reliable, high-performance hosting platform that lets me focus on designing and building websites instead of managing servers. Features like staging environments, automatic backups, and an intuitive dashboard simplify maintenance and updates, while the excellent support team provides peace of mind whenever I need assistance. **What do you like best about Kinsta?**

The combination of performance, UX and support is hard to beat. The MyKinsta dashboard is clean and intuitive, managing multiple client sites, setting up redirects, and handling cache is straightforward even for non-technical team members. Site migrations are smooth, and the built-in staging environments save us a lot of time when testing changes before pushing to production. Support has been consistently fast and knowledgeable whenever we've needed it.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Pricing can be a stretch for smaller agency clients who just need basic hosting. It would also be useful to have more granular options built in. Minor complaints overall for a platform that delivers at this level.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a WordPress-focused marketing agency managing sites for multiple SMB clients. Kinsta solves the reliability and performance problem - we need hosting that just works, without constant firefighting. Fast load times, solid uptime, and easy cache management means we spend less time on infrastructure and more time on actual marketing results for our clients. The ability to manage all client sites from one dashboard also cuts down on admin overhead significantly.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I use Kinsta to manage all the infrastructure of my agency, which eliminates the need for an internal infrastructure department. It has become my technological ally, as it provides very good daily support service, prevents my sites from going down, and allows me to detect problems before they happen. I enjoy the human contact, excellent treatment, and monthly improvements, such as the best technological offer at the same price, support in different languages, and problem resolution no matter which country in the world I am in. I like that Kinsta does not compete with third parties, but rather integrates well with them, as it does with CloudFlare, and also offers Google Cloud server updates at no additional cost.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I find that there is a lot of room for improvement in the interfaces we use at the technical administrative level, which could have better filters.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta saves me from having an internal infrastructure department, offers excellent daily support, and helps me prevent problems. It also continuously improves with integrations and updates at no additional cost. Compared to other services, it exceeds the average although its administrative interfaces could improve.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

Our team has been hosting with Kinsta for several months now, and we honestly can't recommend them enough. 

Uptime that just works. This is the big one for us. Since migrating our sites to Kinsta, we've experienced virtually zero downtime. We used to constantly worry about outages during traffic spikes or at the worst possible moments — that anxiety is basically gone now. Our team checks uptime monitoring out of habit more than necessity at this point, because it's just consistently green.

Customer support that actually feels human. What really sets Kinsta apart, though, is their live chat support. We've reached out with everything from quick technical questions to more involved issues, and every single time our team has gotten a knowledgeable, friendly person who actually solves the problem instead of reading from a script. No endless hold times, no getting bounced between departments — just fast, competent help. It's rare to find support this good in the hosting world, and it makes a huge difference for our operations when something goes wrong and we need help now.

The dashboard gives us real visibility and control. On top of reliability and support, the MyKinsta dashboard has become an essential part of our workflow. The detailed logs make troubleshooting fast — we can pinpoint issues without digging through server-level access. Automated backups give our team peace of mind, with easy one-click restores that have saved us more than once. And the performance insights let us actually see what's happening under the hood — response times, resource usage, and trends — so we can make informed decisions instead of guessing.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

One area for improvement: phone support isn't currently available, which would be a nice addition for urgent issues. That said, the live chat has been responsive enough that it hasn't been a deal breaker for us.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, security. Kinsta handles hardened server configurations, malware scanning, and DDoS protection for us, which takes a significant burden off our internal team and reduces the risk of a breach or compromised site. We no longer have to worry about patching server-level vulnerabilities ourselves.

Second, uptime. Downtime used to be a real business risk for us — lost visitors and lost credibility during outages. Since moving to Kinsta, that risk has essentially disappeared, letting our team focus on growth instead of firefighting.

Expert responsive support from a team that knows WordPress and nGinx stack inside and out. It's unbelievably gratifying how much quicker it is diagnosing and resolving occasional site misbehaviors since we migrated all the websites in our care to Kinsta's server environment.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I wish logging and analytics had a longer lookback, and that the GUI for analytics especially was more filterable / customizable. Sometimes it can be hard to isolate particular slow processes or particular agents / events in a visual way (via Kinsta's analytics screens), and I'm not really a command line warrior so digging out the data myself –– and visualizing trends, even if I can get the raw information –– can be challenging.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worry-free WordPress hosting that's truly optimized for WordPress, at every level of the server stack and including integrated CloudFlare optimizations, lets me focus on building and managing great websites for our clients. Kinsta takes care of all the intricacies of server config and performance monitoring, at a great price, and with top-tier tech support when I need it.

Kinsta - It just works!  Kinsta has allowed us to focus on the things we need to and not worry about the infrastructure side of things.  We can rest assured that our sites stay up, our sites stay performant, and everything runs as smoothly as it should as reliably as it should.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

There isn't a whole lot to say here.  Nothing really comes to mind, but I guess if I HAD to pick something, I'd say that more integrations with the custom development side of things like using Bedrock (which is FULLY supported by Kinsta, but could be improved) would be what I'd have to say.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta solves ALL of our infrastructure problems.   If we have a WordPress site, you can rest assured that Kinsta is supporting it.  Kinsta handles all the heavy listing from a hosting, observability and logging, optimization, and caching perspective so we just don't have to.  If we ever have a problem (which is SUPER rare), we can just open up a chat and it's solved within a few minutes.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

We run Kinsta for several client WordPress sites at our agency, and it's been solid. Performance is genuinely fast thanks to the Google Cloud infrastructure and built-in edge caching, and the MyKinsta dashboard is clean and easy to hand off to less technical team members. Staging environments, one-click backups, and free migrations have saved us real time on client onboarding. Support has also been responsive and actually knowledgeable about WordPress rather than reading off a script.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

The one thing I'd love to see improved: as an agency, we can't put a WordPress site into maintenance mode directly from the dashboard.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta removes the need for us to have a dedicated server admin or DevOps person on the team. We get high-performance, production-grade WordPress hosting without having to manage servers, configure caching, handle security patching, or troubleshoot infrastructure ourselves. As an agency, that lets us focus on building and managing client sites rather than babysitting servers — the performance and reliability are handled for us out of the box.
