What I like best about the Kinfolk platform is that it works well for both employees and the People team. Employees can navigate it easily through Slack, making it simple to ask questions and access information within their existing workflow. At the same time, the back-end system gives administrators and People team members the tools they need to manage content and support employees effectively. I particularly like how Kinfolk provides clear, accessible answers quickly, creating a smooth experience from both the employee and administrative perspectives. There isn’t anything I particularly dislike about the Kinfolk platform. As with any new tool, we experienced a few teething issues during implementation, but whenever we encountered a challenge or needed something adjusted, the Kinfolk team was responsive, approachable and always on hand to support us.
