KindHOA solves one of the biggest challenges our small, self-managed POA faced: keeping everything organized after the association was turned over from the developer to the homeowners. Instead of managing dues, finances, homeowner records, documents, votes, maintenance projects, and communications through a mix of spreadsheets, emails, and personal files, KindHOA gives us one centralized system to manage it all. It allows us to operate professionally without the cost of hiring a management company and, most importantly, creates a permanent history of the association that can easily be passed on to future boards.
