"Our reliable network backup automation"

What do you like best about Kilter?

I appreciate BackBox for its automated firmware update engine, which can perform multi-vendor updates with precision. The platform also performs disk space and checksum checks before deploying binary images, which adds a layer of reliability. I also value the custom scripting feature that lets us deploy global changes to hundreds of nodes quickly. The single-click restore procedures are very stress-relieving in emergency situations. Additionally, the built-in hardware end-of-life tracking helps us with long-term budget planning. I found the initial setup to be quite easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kilter?

The user interface is awkward, slow, and feels a bit dated. Navigating through the menus requires too many mouse clicks, especially when accessing the deeper administrative settings. I also have trouble with custom audit reports; they often fail to export when there's a large amount of data. Additionally, historical configuration searches lack syntax highlighting and tend to be very slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
