What do you like best about KidGenius?

It is an innovative, easy to use program that helps us to modernize the experience of child care, as it allows us to establish better communication with parents, in addition to providing them with the facility to remotely monitor the activities performed by children through photographic records, the food provided, chat, and live online. A highlight of this tool is the parent portal that allows us to share anecdotes and knowledge among members, which in turn generates greater integrity among caregivers, parents and students. I love that I can access from my Android cell phone, from the computer, it is a very versatile tool, in my experience I really liked the training, they have a good telephone support service. Another aspect to highlight is the live, the database and the monitoring that we can do to the activities whether they are learning or recreation that are being carried out. What do you dislike about KidGenius?

What problems is KidGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a mother of a 3 year old girl, who works all day, so my child spends more than 8 hours a day in her Garden Kindergarten, after the pandemic season, I had many concerns about the reincorporation of children to the school system, so I searched the internet and KidGenius seemed to me a very complete program, So I proposed to the parents and the caregiver of our children to take the free test of this program, through it we have been able to verify the correct use of biosecurity measures, the daily activities they perform either learning or recreation, I can also track their diet and nutrition. We are so pleased with all the benefits that the experience of its use has provided us that we are anxious to acquire the paid version, so we have already contacted the supplier and we hope for a prompt response. It is really very good and we highly recommend it, it will change the perception of the care you give to your children, in addition to significantly improve communication.
