What do you like best about Kicksite?

The platform has a a very friendly UI, and the support team is ready to answer questions if I can't locate the solution on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kicksite?

It takes some time for them to implement updates that I deem important for our usage. I admittedly don't know how long an update is *supposed* to take, and I'm never upset or frustrated with the time it takes to integrate the changes - more of an impatience on my end than anything. What problems is Kicksite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest features we've started making use of are the SMS/text chats and the creation of groups outside of Active/Frozen/Inactive students. Being able to see chat messages with parents makes it easier for us to determine a particular conversation flow; the groups have been used to create messaging groups for students in a particular class schedule - rather than having to remember to type each individual's name in the "to" line for emails & texts.
