What do you like best about Kickresume for Business?

Nowadays, the initial screening of all the CVs and resumes is done by a machine learning algorithm and after that initial level of sorting, it reaches an actual human HR person for shortlisting. Kickresume helps in getting selected not only through the first stage but also carries an edge when it is getting shortlisted in the second stage. What do you dislike about Kickresume for Business?

KickResume is helping me to go past the shortlisting level by using machine learning techniques and I am getting interview call more in number which will ultimately result in more chances of getting selected.
