I like that Keychain streamlines the customer information we intake and use cross-functionally. I like having all the information in one place and visibility into prospects and opportunities. I like that Keychain matches us with opportunities that best suit our company; three opportunities have been fruitful so far. I find the setup pretty straightforward. I also think the team is great to work with—they are patient, open to modifying Keychain to make it beneficial and more productive for our team, and amazing at helping us iron out and prioritize what matters most. I think the integration can absolutely be improved. We use monday.com for all of our project tracking, and it would be extremely helpful to integrate it with Keychain so the team is not doing double work and the crossover is seamless. I would also like to email team members directly through Keychain without requiring them to have a license or be listed in the drop-down menu. The customization part is taking time.
