What do you like best about Ketch?

I like how easy Ketch is to use. As a lawyer, I can log on and easily understand everything, follow along, check the audit log, and do everything I need to without having a lot of knowledge about the back end of a website. I also appreciate that Ketch is constantly updating and staying on top of privacy news and legislation, which helps me ensure my company is in compliance without having to do the research. Using the audit log is really helpful, especially when responding to data privacy requests from consumers. The initial setup was very seamless, and we felt very supported throughout the whole process. All of our questions were answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ketch?

I think the audit log could maybe be easier to track. Having to have a consumer look up their ID can be challenging. I also think that it could be improved by making it less complicated, putting some features behind the advanced settings so we can focus on the most imporant things. What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ketch makes it easy for me to understand and manage privacy compliance as a lawyer. It helps me easily keep my company compliant, freeing me up for other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good call on the audit log too; making consumer ID lookup easier and pushing more advanced settings out of the main view are both things we can pass along to the product team.
