Keste resources also have experience in Agile which our company is moving toward, so that experience is helping with our transition to the Agile framework/methodology to help clarify and guide us through the transition. All members that Keste provided are knowledgeable on the Community product and were able to jump in and get up to speed quickly on the project. There is a keen attention to detail and great time management skills across all team members. The team has easily acclimated to the Vizient team and we have all learned together well as we are adopting to new agile practices within our company. Kate, the BA, is very professional and has taken lead with working with the business as well as is the point person with keeping status of the other Keste contractors at Vizient. She is amazing and is key to keeping everything run smoothly on the new groups onboarding to the Vizient Community. She sets up meetings with the business as needed and has helped develop the specific cadence that is now followed for the overall timeline to bring new groups onto the Community. She also works with the offshore developer to pass off work and communicate bugs and questions/clarifications from QA, etc. while keeping other tickets moving forward in a synchronized manner.
