One for work and one for perosnal. I share a directory shortcut to my personal records in my work account and sometimes later find I've dreated personal records in my Work account. While there is a process to change ownership of records, I wish it were a little simpler and an option to set the owner when a record is created vs going back later to change ownership.` **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeper helps me keep a long strong unique password for every user account I have rather than sharing passwords between accounts. Simply adding someone to our Identity Provider (Okta) automatically creates a Keeper account and from there we can share various system, team, and account credentials. We also love the virtual MFA functionality, that has saved us a lot of headaches and and even when sharing a record with a non-Keeper user, the MFA tied to a record (if present) goes along with it. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** I honestly can't think of anything, maybe the fact that sometimes people don't create records in the right container? That's more of a user issue than a Keeper problem though. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** All businesses have credentials which need to be shared amongst team members and many times those do not get transitioned properly when people leave organizations. Making sure those types of records are kept in a common, transferrable, secure location is our primary use case. I call it credential vaulting rather than password manager. ### 4. Employees get an initial warning that passwords they store belong to the company and can be transferred to their manager if/when they move on (we did not have this with our previous solution, which caused drama.) The free license for home use helps us reinforce good pw habits and also a separate space for work and personal life (as mirrored by Edge browser's work and personal profiles). The support was robust and native-English speaking when I called upon it. The price is favorable relative to the industry. Support for passkeys and TOTP allows teammates to share multifactor auth for company SaaS accounts not tied to SSO. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** I was not able to get the on-premises authorization tool working. I was able to get the cloud-hosted authorization tool working, but it cost $1,500 month in Azure fees so I dropped it. Getting new devices added requires an admin's help. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy to create and use long, uncrackable (20+ character) passwords, and share them with teammates, even with MFA. Users are getting the message that passwords should not be human-generated, and should be shared via secure channels (i.e. not email/Teams). I had some personal experience with some others, but their security seemed weak. I like Keeper's basic premise of creating a highly encrypted password file, kept locally on the device. While the Internet can be used to replicate the file elsewhere, I like that it is available, even with no Internet. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** You need to create a master password or phrase. We set the bar high at 16 characters which include at minimum 2 flavors (Caps, lc, #, special characters) of each. But then, if you want Advance report, it's 0,71€/user/month, KeeperChat is 1,42€/user/month, Compliance Reporting 0.83$/user/month, ... I mean, just charge a licence, increase pricing a bit and make all product available !! 1.87$/user/month for a chat ! You can set up SSO so you can seamlessly log in and control access to password records by AD group. One great feature is you can use it for MFA so you dont have to worry about having to use a single phone with multiple users sharing an online account. We use it constanly, it must have saved countless hours of wasted time searching for passwords and the stress of being locked out of some esoteric system because the usual guy is on leave. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** With enough people using keeper over enough time it becomes difficult to find records, sadly the search isnt super great, it would be nice to be able to export records to an archive if you are unsure if you need them but want to tidy up. Once you tried it you will simply not be able to work without it on daily-basis. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The password update feature is not the greatest and can be confusing at times. I often prefer changing the password using the recommended option while editing an entry as opposed to using the embedded mechanism which doesn't always work as expected. The web plugin is limited and sometimes require you to either edit in the web vault to do some action such as adding more URLs. You will also need to use the desktop app if you want to scan QR codes to add your 2FA codes into Keeper. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeper allowed us to have a corporate-grade solution to handle our passwords and their complexity. Then to allow for storage and sharing within teams. In both of these areas, Keeper falls short. It doesn't seem to work well when using in conjunction with the Chrome browser. If fills records not needed and doesn't come up when there are multiple matches. It just doesn't seem to work as good as alternatives in the market. From a sharing perspective, it works fine but there isn't anything special. One big component that seemst to be missing is the ability to setup up shared MFA / One time use passwords. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration with Chrome - needs to be better and more intuative. Being able to store QR codes/MFA codes and have the page auto generate codes is a nice touch too. The desktop client is nice and handy if you know you may be working offline. You can store files, nodes and all sorts along with passwords and usernames. This is great for key files or certificates. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** We have had some problems with SSO - occasionally when using a new device or even the same device it will require approval from an admin in the portal, even if you are one of the admins and end up just approving yourself. I find it can be slow to load initially when you have a very large number of credentials stored. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use keeper to combine multiple legacy sources of information such as credential files on shares, excel files and other secrets tools into a single combined platform. Auto generated passwords and password secret share are great and similar to our enterprise groups we usually use. Its easy to show off the web vault in orientation. The autogenerated scores for passwords across the org are good and not ridiculously obtuse (Microsoft has some weird practices). **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** Its a little clunky to set up initially for new users and isn't as intuitive for less technical people. Some sites its auto fill does not work, for example if there are more than just username and password requested to enter and there is an additional 3rd line of information requested to sign in. It does not work outside of the browser extension as far as I'm aware. We cannot manually do Master Password resets from an administration standpoint. The nodes are a little confusing and too simple on the admin side. Because it uses SSO we find that it auto signs out a lot of the time in random mornings. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because of our InfoSec team recommendations, we have moved away from the built-in password managers in Edge and Chrome.
