What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

The support team is top shelf. Everyone works to make certain the support is excellent (very important to us as a business). The interface is easy but is configurable to the userbase and to the IT group. VERY well thought out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

VERY small thing, switching between the personal account and the business account requires entering the master key once again, even if already signed into the business account on the same machine. Keeper Staff are aware of this and are already working on it. Otherwise the software is really fantastic. Breachwatch and the Admin Console along with the Vault all work seamlessly. Recommendations to others considering Keeper Business Password Manager:

The real-time Breach Watch option helps us with notifications of dark-web release of passwords. We use the tool daily. To allow us to quickly get our teams onboarded, we opted for the training module. This live training program provided help for IT/admin setup and also team training with webinar and scheduled sessions to work through issues that we needed. Very responsive group.

Recommend new group buy multi-year packages directly through Keeper Security to leverage the pricing.

Keeper has very well-thought through options for PW management that other providers do not have. They also return your call in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
