Keeper is a great solution for a somewhat large organization with many sharing aspects that need to be defined and accounted for. We have 3 business units, each with their own various departments, and then a central IT team that needs to keep tabs on the various access and passwords for all users. The browser extension can be a little overwhelming at times. It's not a small notification and it gets in the way at times for fields that aren't even passwords or usernames.
