What do you like best about Keep In Touch?

Keep in touch is very easy to use and easy to implement. All functionalities are user-friendly while using day-to-day activities, offering lots of features. Integration was easy and quick. Our clients use this CRM daily without any issues. The company provides fast customer service on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?

This tool is very user-friendly but, as per my review, there is room to improve navigation as sometimes all functions were confusing. UX will be improved as per my bird's eye view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?

My client Sobha Builders, working from Dubai to India with multiple sites and projects, has commercial to residential projects, so they have tons of sales inquiries and vendor details. Their sales team was facing issues with contact details and follow-up details, with a depth of customer visits to follow-ups.
