What do you like best about KeenView?

They clearly spend a lot of time studying where search and AI are headed and are able to explain complex topics in a way that's easy to understand and apply. What I appreciate most is that they focus on business outcomes rather than buzzwords. Every discussion comes back to how these changes can impact customer acquisition, revenue, and long-term growth. What do you dislike about KeenView?

What problems is KeenView solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the areas we've been spending time on recently is understanding how AI is changing the way customers find products and brands online. We wanted to better understand Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms, and what role they may play in driving future sales.

KeenView helped us get our arms around the space. They provided a clear strategy, helped us understand where opportunities exist, and showed us practical ways to improve our visibility as AI becomes a larger part of how consumers research and make purchasing decisions.
