**What do you like best about Thryv?**

I love that Thryv has such an easy to use, user friendly platform. I use Thryv for Social Content, and it has been very easy to schedule out posts in advance.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

We have the Thryv team create posts for us a few times a week. At first, I was so excited about this feature as it would save me time. However, we feel that the posts that Thryv makes are very generic and don't fit our branding, so a lot of them do not end up being used.

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thryv allows me to schedule Social Media posts ahead of time, which helps save time on Social Media Marketing.

Some of the inbox features still need some work such as 2 way sync between thryv and gmail.

It's creating more efficient processes and communication with my customers allowing for a better customer experience and more time for us.

Keap's phoneline feature is really helpful for not only keeping in touch with clients, but getting new ones.

Every so often I will come across a bug that switches me to a completely different app than the one I clicked on.

Keeping in touch with clients used to be an issue for me, but now it's easier with features like the phoneline and email broadcasts.

I just started using Keap in the last week. It seems very comprehensive and the interface is nice. Time will tell if it will do all of the things we need it to do!

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The developer documentation and code samples are very poor. I can't imagine why, after so many years in business, that they don't have better documentation. The code samples they offer are 9 to 11 years old, and for one of the particular things we're doing, we are forced to use the old style of API that they say is being discontinued "soon."

It's a place for all of our stuff about customers and is easy enough for all of our staff to use effectively.

The UI sat stagnant for a while but they've made drastic improvements in this area and are continually updating it now.

Because the system is robust, it has a steep learning curve.

I am able to set up email campaigns that are scheduled for dates on the future. I can set it and forget it.  Love the yearly emails I can send to celebrate my contact's anniversary (I'm a relationship coach).

Keap is easy to use and provides a great baseline CRM for companies looking to place all of their contacts and sales movement in one place.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Keap is still missing some features that are key for our business like the option for a proposal to be accepted and signed by a client. We are experience difficulty with our clients being able to receive sales proposals sent through Keap.

We are glad to have all of our contacts in one place. We also appreciate the tagging that allows us to build specific groups and lists to target.

The onboarding and customer support are fantastic. Their team of web designers are great! The platform itself simplifies my social media management. Implementation was extremely easy.  There are numerous features and tie-ins that the platform integrates with to help you manage your business.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Not much I dislike about Thryv. Wish their pricing was lower - but that can always be said of anything that isnt free.

Thryv streamlines my marketing efforts, primarily. One less thing I need to worry about because the content is created by them and scheduled to be posted by them.

You can do everything from one system. Email blasts, tasks, automation and you can also put a pipeline to track your deals. The coaching classes are worth it as well

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

The only downsides are that the app isn't as efficient as it is on the computer. The tasks are emailed to you which I don't like. It would be nice if we can tell someone to set up the automation because we're so busy

Keeping track of my clients and follow ups. Also the pipeline to track your sales helps lay out how much money you've made thus far. Email blasts are super easy to do as well nd it shows you analytics

I like how easy it is to create landing pages that convert viewers into clients.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

There's not much in the way of Ai integration when it come to creating emails, or landing pages. This addition along with more SEO tools could help.

It automates a lot of the sales process which is great for any small business.

**What do you like best about Thryv?**

KEAP is designed to follow internet leads and convert them to customers. It was not suited for maintaining relationships with existing customers.  

We were very excited about the demos and recommendations not when it came to using it as a CRM it was way short of what we needed and we canceled after the first counseling session.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

Mostly the way the cancellation was handled. We paid initial fees and cancellation fees which I thought were not warranted given the lack of understanding of our business and how much of a misfit this was for what we were trying to do.  

We never heard from the original account executive addressing any concerns we had and only got routed to a closer who made a self-assessment that they had no responsibility for it. It's only money but it was also a couple of hours time arguing with their " loss mitigation" person. A horrible experience.

More detail ... 

I spent the better part of the weekend between signing up for Keap and our first meeting with the coach Dawn to make sure I was prepared myself. If you look at the account I added contacts and went through the entire outline to be in the best position to get this project going right away.  

In the demo process with Colin everything looked really really good and I was assured that I had an opportunity to try it out in our environment to make sure everything worked within our company the way we expected it. The focus and the demos was all the great things Keap does but I didn't think to try and test some pretty basic things that we rely upon on a daily basis. 

I was assured by Colin that if there were issues we could unwind this thing. I'm certainly not interested in paying for Keap and unable to use it. I'm also not interested in trying to wrap Keap around our current CRM at this point.  Well I lost that battle simply because they had my credit card ... It's Only Money but it was also a dozen hours time ...

**What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. It failed miserably. Clients we have have a primary and a partner and we could not send emails to both parties at the same time. Some incredibly basic things it wouldn't do and there was not a solution so we would have to retain our existing CRM.  Made no sense to us at all.

The platform is user friendly. It is easy to see reports, engagment, and clicks on your website. If you need to make any changes to your website it easy to do yourself and/or the Thryv team is always there to help! also love the messaging feature!

The compact structure helping me manage many aspects for my business from one place. The billing process now takes me less than a minute whereas before Thryv, it was closer to 15 minutes.

I miss the opportunity to see each clients task flow. I would like to set multiple reminders/milestones/tasks.

For the past four years, we have utilized Keap for our needs. Although the initial learning process was challenging, the support team was readily available with US-based assistance, just a phone call away. We were able to connect with a tech representative in under a minute, and all members of the support team were polite, understanding, well-informed, and proficient in their comprehension of the product.

**What do you dislike about Thryv?**

It took me some time to get the hang of things, but I was grateful for the support that was available during regular business hours. Unfortunately, the chat support was not very helpful outside of those hours. While I understand that 24/7 live support may not be feasible, I would be willing to pay extra for human support that is just as effective as the support provided during business hours.

Having numerous online courses being marketed at the same time, in different time zones, Keap has made the process organized and we have seen continued growth due to the automation.

I like having trainings available for me to learn ho tot create automation on my own time. Support is always there to walk me through anything, answer questions as well. I like the functionality and the ease of use with Keap.

Keap has some opportunities to improve the calendar function. Right now, I can't customize my availability as much as I would like. I would like to be able to set availability for a Tuesday and have different availability for the following Tuesday. Right now, once I set it, it's the same for all the upcoming Tuesdays. Also, it would be great to have a place to create a membership in Keap and to house content. I was buying Keap as a way to replace several systems and platforms. For the most part, it works that way. However, I want to create a membership, and I have to do that elsewhere. I have written and video content I want to share with clients and there's no place to house any content. So, I have to do that elsewhere. I'm ending up spending just as much if not more than Kajabi or Cartra, etc. to piecemeal things together and would love an all-in-one solution in Keap.

I get to capture leads with the landing pages to grow my list. I also get to create payment links and track sales. I also get to automate email sequences and send broadcast emails to my community.

Their SEO services. From the beginning, we asked about the SEO services and explained how important it would be for us to have that. However, once they built our website, we had another programmer review it and they stated that it was not good for SEO. We felt as if things weren't as transparent as they should have been. Also, the lack of a paper contract made things confusing.

I can't say there was anything I liked about keap. All i was able to do was import my client list. Everything else was very confusing.

Extremely difficult to use. Does not offer any free onboarding. Onboarding is through 3rd parties  and is extremely expensive. When you add a phone number it comes up as spam to your customers. When asked for help was sent videos and articles that again don't make it easy for busy small businesses. Poor customer service. I emailed and called for 2 months before I could get anyone on the phone. The when I ask to cancel and atleast get the 2 months I was trying to get ahold of someone to understand my options, they would not refund, account manager was rude with lots of sighing and frustration, and was given very poor options.

The hope was to centralize all communication and marketing for my company but could not get any help that was useful in setting up the automations and other processes.

The customer service is great. No long waits or bot conversations. What I like about THYRV is you can request software enhancements to meet your business needs. I've requested at least 5 and they all have been completed.

THRYV isn't the issue but the users must try to remember this is a out of the box software. Every quirk their company has will not be covered, but there is always a workaround. Or maybe it's time to change their process.

Before THRYV we didn't have a place to see what is happening with a customer all in one place. This software has saved time and money. It's been very beneficial to see past-due customers all in one place. We also use THRYV Pay which saves the time of updating the customers account.
