What do you like best about Keacyte?

I liked Keacyte for these reasons:

1. Their service team is excellent - they respond immediately and resolve issues promptly. They're friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about Keacyte?

There aren't any major things I dislike, but some minor issues include bugs in the mobile application and occasional synchronization issues. However, their team always helps and resolves these issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keacyte solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keacyte is solving several key problems for pharma marketing companies like mine, including:

1. Incentive calculation and tracking: Streamlining incentive management for field teams.

2. Field team tracking: Enabling real-time monitoring of daily activities through DCR (Daily Call Reporting).

3. CRM and event management: Facilitating doctor engagement and event handling.

4. Secondary sales tracking: Providing insights into sales performance.
