What do you dislike about KeaBuilder?

I wish I could spend more time with my account manager. He was very knowledgeable, but I had to go to a meeting. They could use more content, because I like what they already have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KeaBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been burned by so many software trials before. They promise a 'free' period, but then hit you with a massive credit card charge the moment you forget to cancel. That's why I was so skeptical about KEA BUILDER's $1 trial. But honestly, it was the best decision I've made. For a dollar, I got full access for two months. And when the time came to upgrade, I was only charged for the specific package I had chosen, no surprises and no hidden fees.

What really blew me away was the customer support. I needed a little more time to finalize my project, and they actually offered me a 15-day extension on my trial. It showed me they truly care about their users' success, not just their money.
