I really liked what I saw initially with KEA Analyst Relations, which is why we chose them. They've been a great help in connecting us with the right analyst community and understanding the analysts' domains. What I particularly like is the amount of prep work they do to understand our business and connect the dots between us and the analysts. They are very hands-on with the entire process. The aspect I like the most is the people working at KEA. They come from an analyst relations background and have worked on the other side of the fence, which means they understand the perspective of each analyst. They're able to effectively translate our message from the vendor to the analyst. The great people to work with and their great domain expertise have made it a pleasure all around.
