What problems is KayanHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is the best in payroll, and it can automate many HR functions, such as performance evaluations and linking them to training needs analysis (TNA). It also reduces the time needed to coordinate training, communicate with employees, and track their training progress. it is very strong in engagement, offering surveys and an interactive platform similar to Facebook, where employees can comment and like posts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
