What problems is Kavaya AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I created this account and am writing this as thank you note to the kind people at Kavaya that helped us recently. We are in need of updating our 20 something years old servicing systems, but wasn't sure where to start. I’ll be the first to admit that modernization and "API" stuff usually makes my head spin. Kavaya took that weight off our shoulders. Their consultants as well as their AI chatbot walked me through everything in plain English, looked at our current setup and showed us exactly what we needed (and what we didn't).
