What do you like best about Kaseya MDR (formerly RocketCyber)?
The primary benefit of Kaseya MDR has been the SOC team getting access to look at the information being generated. Typically, this is bundled with SaaS Alerts to become Kaseya SIEM. They're able to respond to both software and hardware issues 24/7 when combined. RocketCyber itself gives great depth of details on the logs it collects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Kaseya MDR (formerly RocketCyber)?
There have been quite a few false positives which can get annoying. The SOC does a good enough job of sorting that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
