"Centralized Threat Visibility and Actionable Detection Across Environments"
4/5
What do you like best about Kaseya MDR (formerly RocketCyber)?

RocketCyber has been effective for improving centralized threat visibility across endpoints, cloud services, and network activity without requiring a fully separate SOC workflow internally. The platform helps surface suspicious behavior and potential indicators of compromise in a more actionable format, which reduces the amount of time spent manually correlating alerts from different systems. We also appreciate the integration with existing MSP-focused tooling because it simplifies deployment and ongoing monitoring across multiple customer environments. The managed detection aspect adds additional operational value by helping identify issues that might otherwise be overlooked during normal day-to-day administration. What do you dislike about Kaseya MDR (formerly RocketCyber)?

Alert tuning and escalation handling can still require refinement depending on the environment and sensitivity level desired. In larger or more complex deployments, some alerts may lack deeper contextual detail during investigation, which can lead to additional manual verification work. Reporting customization could also be more flexible for organizations wanting highly tailored executive summaries or long-term security trend analysis. While the platform provides strong visibility overall, some advanced response workflows still depend on external tooling or manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
