What do you like best about Karzoun Chat?

I like their prebuilt integrations with many important e-commerce platforms like Salla and Zid + Woocommerce, everything made simple right there. No other competitors provided these services in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karzoun Chat?

Making everything simple for all merchants is a good idea, but some very advanced agencies would need more features on the platform, but this is not a very big problem since they already have a simple API to use for custom things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Karzoun Chat:

Highly recommended, easy to use, has a free plan forever + prebuilt plugins for Woocommerce and Salla + Zid and Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karzoun Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this platform to automatically send abandoned cart notifications on WhatsApp, never lost a new abandoned cart without notification, also using it to send order status notifications after successful purchases, and on top of that we used it for login or checkout page OTP verification, it was awesome.
