What do you like best about Karma?

Most of our team works remotely, so Slack is our office. Karma bot helps us to share good momentum within the team and help others to visually praise it. It makes a positive and supportive culture even when we do not see others in person often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karma?

Some people do not use Slack much, so there are some barriers to try to engage with those people. (This might not be relevant to Karma bot itself though) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Karma:

If your Slack is anther office for your team, you want to care about the culture there. Karma bot is one of the great tools to take care of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karma solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to praise others, but sometimes there are barriers to do so casually. Karma bot helps us to do it easily, and also having this kind of tool itself has a message to a team that we care about the culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
