What I like the most about Karbon is the standardized checklists that you can create and generate for all clients. They call it a work item inside Karbon. This work item is most helpful for us as it supports a team-based approach, allowing everyone to operate and execute for serving clients on the same page. We document the good measure way for tasks like handling payroll or tax returns, reducing the likelihood of idiosyncrasies causing problems.
