What do you like best about Karbon?

It is done for accounting, practice firms. The templates and support team are great with real use cases for a practice firm. The triage, the team collaboration and the all-in-one solution for client work (or any project) are what we like the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karbon?

The contact information / data fields are sufficient for basic requirements but for more advanced customization features, for contacts custom fields, would be great. Karbon HQ also integrates nicely with Xero, QB, Practice Ignition, etc., and has Zapier for more - but more native AND 2-way-sync integrations with tools like HubSpot would also help. What problems is Karbon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Karbon HQ for everything related to team collaboration and client work - including monthly recurring bookkeeping work, tax return prep, special projects, etc... Everything is in one place, we can track everything and collaborate as a team. I started as a single owner and even without a team, Karbon HQ saved my life to track and manage clients' works, helping me in efficiency and not losing / forgetting any deliverables. Now, with a team of 10, Karbon HQ helps me to manage the team work, collaborate, assign work, guide the team etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
