I like being able to allocate each email to a specific client or piece of work. I like the visibility this gives me into where I am on a particular job as well as my day-to-day tasks. I like being able to allocate emails and work to different weeks, and assign tasks to other colleagues. How Karbon integrates with Socket for Onboarding new client information saves a lot of time setting up clients manually. The AI tool for summarising lengthy emails is very helpful too.
