The work views are the best part because it gives flexibility to see your workload, client responsible list, and even your manager's list to help. As long as you have filters set up, it's as easy as adjusting Signee or status and you get the presentation you are looking for. I like that I can leave client notes in their work items and assign to managers. Performance is always quick and easy to use every day. It never delays my day. The workview is amazing, but I am not able to export into a spreadsheet as a staff member, this was an easy way to combine all preparer work with notes for managers. When staff can take this on, it makes it quicker for manager who usually has returns to review and get done instead of needing to build a spreadsheet for us, this often used in last few days of tax deadline. The time sheet does have a save and add feature, but it doesnt carry over the description between time entries which is sometimes useful. CCH used to have a replicate time entry so all I had to was change the name. The clock can only be placed on one activity at a time, but sometimes I will work on a return and then a call will come in and I will have too much time and my clock and have to leave myself notes to manually adjust any other disruptions.
