What do you like best about Karbon?

Karbon is great for both client communication and internal team collaboration. It helps organize workflows, documents, and information from every outlet in one place. Being able to tag coworkers using the commenting feature is a game changer. What do you dislike about Karbon?

I’d love to have more of a dashboard for work item views, but the way it’s set up right now is still useful and gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karbon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me organize my email into messages I need to respond to, things I need to do, items I can handle later, and messages that aren’t important. Being able to organize my email this way is essential for me. I also like having a dedicated place for workflow details: using repeatable templates that I can adjust to be more client-specific helps me and my team move through more work more efficiently.
