What do you like best about Karbon?

With Karbon, all the work and documents for my practice are kept in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karbon?

It takes a while to master, and it feels complicated at the beginning. The search function for emails needs work, which makes it difficult to locate old emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karbon solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest considerations with Karbon is the cost, especially given the rand/US dollar exchange rate. You do get your money’s worth, but it definitely comes at a price. I particularly like how Karbon integrates triage (the mail inbox) with work items, and how you can link those items to different work types. The various features for setting up work items—task assignments, due dates, and other functions—are really great and make the workflow feel well connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
