What do you like best about Karbon?

The ability to see all information relating to clients and their work so that the communications are saved appropriately and search makes it easy to find specific topics.

The ability bulk create work based on specific criteria is a great tool for a migrating firm.

The workflow is a beast to be tamed as people who are not used to proper workflow methods can sometimes cause holes to appear in the flow.

The integrations with Xero XPM and Xero Blue make a single source of truth for contacts.

The performance of the product is good not excellent.

The pricing is reasonable for what you get.

Support is very responsive but a more transparent development schedule for enhancement would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karbon?

Niggly little things like Engagements not having a method of showing the GST when presented to the client.

The ability to bulk change the starting date for repeating work items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karbon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once the engagements handle GST, we can get rid of Practice Ignition out of our tech stack.

Once the eSignature has the facility for templates and handles couple signing, we can get rid of FuseSign out of our tech stack.

Once we get a handle on Workflow we can eliminate year end planning workbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
