What do you like best about Karbon?

Karbon has been a valuable addition to our workflow. It’s made it much easier for us to stay on top of day-to-day tasks, deadlines, and client work, and to keep everything organized as we move through the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karbon?

One area that could be improved is the email functionality. When sending emails, there currently isn’t a placeholder that automatically inserts the client’s name into the greeting or body of the message. Adding a client-name placeholder (for example, "Dear {{Client Name}}") would make communication more efficient by reducing manual edits and would also help personalize emails, especially when sending a large volume of client communications. What problems is Karbon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We chose Karbon because it offers an all-in-one practice management solution that combines task management, workflow tracking, client communications, and document history in one platform. Before implementing Karbon, we relied on Excel and Google Sheets to track work progress, which meant constantly switching between different systems and made the process less efficient overall.
