New interface is quite good in comparison to older one. It's fast, easy to adapt and also new features are added which leads to less time consumption. Now a manager can see a very detailed report for all the tickets plus for the executives too. We can now identify most of the tickets without opening it into a new tab. What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you? The main thing is that whenever any ticket is coming over kapture then it can be seen and worked by my team mates and my manager also. By this way, my manger can also help me out if i am doing the things correctly or not. And if i am on leave then in that case my team mates can work on my tickets.
