What do you like best about Kapture CX?

The best part for me is being able to see real customer conversations. I work on SEO and content, so it’s really handy to see which questions keep coming up and how people actually describe their problems. A lot of my content ideas now come straight from there instead of guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kapture CX?

Honestly, it does a lot more than I need. I’m not using the support side of things much, so it took me a while to figure out where the useful stuff was. Once you know where to look it’s fine, but the first few weeks were a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, customer questions were spread across different channels and it was hard to get a clear picture. Now it’s all in one place. For me that means I can spot gaps in our content, understand what people are really searching for, and use their own words when writing pages and FAQs. It’s made our content feel a lot more relevant.
