What do you like best about Kantiv?

I use Joist AI for content management and proposal development, and I appreciate how it keeps everything organized in one place, with categories such as people, companies, and assets. Joist analyzes our company's content quickly and delivers answers we need for our proposals, saving us a significant amount of time. I appreciate how easy it is to get started with Joist and how the platform continues to improve. It's clear that the people at Joist understand the AEC industry and genuinely want to make the lives of professional services marketers more manageable, which is a big plus for us. They provide tools that directly impact our ability to create compliant and winnable proposals efficiently and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kantiv?

I think workspaces and recommendations are still a work in progress. The system may sometimes fail to distinguish between a project we pursued and a project on which we actually performed work. The personnel and project suggestions will sometimes be off, i.e., not in the region or not in the right business unit. However, we recognize that Joist AI is consistently retrieving feedback and attempting to resolve known issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kantiv solving and how is that benefiting you?
