As with many AI-driven platforms, the outputs still require careful human review, especially for highly technical or agency-specific language. Joist AI helps solve the challenge of managing and leveraging large volumes of historical proposal content, project data, and pursuit-related documentation across complex RFQ/RFP processes. In a heavy civil and alternative delivery environment, this information is often fragmented across teams and systems.

By centralizing content and enabling intelligent search and extraction, Joist AI improves speed, consistency, and accuracy in pursuit planning and proposal development. It reduces time spent searching for past examples, supports compliance-driven responses, and helps our teams focus more on strategy and differentiation rather than manual content assembly.
