What do you like best about Kanban Board?

I like the feature if how we can create tasks based on our project and workflows. For example, the tasks that are in progress, in development, backlog etc. Also I like the feature of how simple it is to move the tasks around the board in the swimlanes provided for each assignee. What do you dislike about Kanban Board?

Initial setup on identifying the workflows was a little hasstle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kanban Board solving and how is that benefiting you?

The feature I like the most is that all the tasks that are assigned to different users are all visible on one board. Also easy to see the status of each task on the card itself instead of opening the task on the board.

The status updates are all based on the real time and we do not have to refresh the board whenever there are updates made by multiple team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
