What do you like best about Kaltura - Agentic Digital Experiences Platform?

Kaltura is a reliable and high-quality media management system. Its uptime is very good, as we really do not have many, if any, outages. The management and customer-facing interfaces are easy to use and very intuitive. Our's is integrated with Canvas, but I have also used Kaltura with Blackboard and D2L. What do you dislike about Kaltura - Agentic Digital Experiences Platform?

Engineering and Marketing need to get on the same page. Releases of new features and communications are sometimes out of sync. This needs to be a better coordinated effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kaltura - Agentic Digital Experiences Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reliable media Management, real-time video quizing, and a solid integration with our LMS. The dependability is so very good. We rarely need to give it much administrative attention. The caption and video description are also very good. There are many new AI features, such as real-life avatars, that we are considering incorporating in the future.
