What do you like best about Kaizen Asset Manager?

We needed a way to check equipment out to staff and be able to transfer it from one person to another "on the fly". The mobile scanning makes that quick and easy.

Adding new equipment to it is fast also, we just take a picture, and the AI feature scans it and fills in the fields automatically. Much faster than the way we use to have to type everything in manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaizen Asset Manager?

Sometimes the auto fill in from the AI doesn't get all of the fields right the first time. Once we learned to take more than one picture and include labels though it gets it right almost every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kaizen Asset Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Asset Manager to check things out to staff instead of a spreadsheet which we used to try to keep updated. It was always wrong because no one remembered to go back to the computer to update it half the time.

Now we just open the camera to scan the barcode and pull up the asset record. Then click check out and scan the employee badge (or pick it from the list).

And since it's in a database, we print reports and keep track of service...before that was in a comment on the spreadsheet, and not very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
