Kairos has been very hands-on in learning how our team actually works. They spent time with our staff, learned the different payer portals and workflows, and continuously adjusted the product based on our feedback. It feels much more like a partner improving the process with us than software we were left to figure out. We’re now processing authorizations weeks ahead of treatment instead of days ahead, while taking more than 90% of the administrative work off the team.
