Having visibility of where colleagues are sitting is really helpful, as it makes it easier for us to sit together. I find the overall desk-booking process and interface very straightforward and user-friendly. I also like that you can assign desks to specific people. Changing the floor plan was simple too, and the whole process felt really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We started using the Kadence agent a few months ago and, in a bold move, have recently disabled manual check-in. A few users ran into a logout bug, which was frustrating because we wanted the experience to be slick and had sold it to the business as a one-time login solution.
On the reporting side, I feel like the reports come out with too many columns. For example, you’ll see time created, start time, and time checked in all at once. There are a lot of timestamps to take in in one hit, and at first I found it hard to understand which one was the source of truth we actually needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
