What do you like best about KACE Unified Endpoint Manager?

Clean and easy-to-understand interface for pushing OS updates with the ability to schedule deployments. Ability to integrate with end-points. It also have inventory control which is a plus for day to day IT operations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KACE Unified Endpoint Manager?

It was somehow difficult to track the execution status of certain scheduled Windows updates. Sometimes we needed to push the updates several times. Also, frequent logouts are something to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering KACE Unified Endpoint Manager:

This is a perfect solution for a Microsoft Windows environment. For mixed environments (Linux/Mac) there might be some better alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KACE Unified Endpoint Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a solution for OS Imaging and Patch/Updates Deployment. This was a great tool for pushing the application to the end-point devices and managing updates from a single dashboard.
