We used Kaairo in our hiring process for certain technical candidates. It helped us finalize some strong candidates who passed the assessments that were self-generated by Kaairo. That was the biggest benefit for us, especially when an HR person doesn’t fully understand technical assessments; Kaairo, with its AI-native architecture, really helped reduce the time needed to understand each profile. I think the main area that’s lacking is the integration with job portals. Instead of having to share the link with candidates individually or separately through each job portal, I’d like kaairo to help us understand which job portals are performing best. That kind of visibility would make it easier to budget for the portals that are actually working well for us. A dashboard with deeper insights and clearer reporting would be great.
