"Justt Streamlines Chargeback Management and Helps Recover Revenue with Minimal Effort"

What do you like best about Justt?

Justt takes chargeback management off our plate almost entirely. As a subscription platform, we deal with a steady flow of disputes, and fighting each one manually would mean pulling evidence together, writing responses, and tracking deadlines across payment processors. Justt handles that end to end: it picks up disputes, builds a response tailored to the dispute reason, and submits it, so our team only gets involved when we want to improve the strategy rather than handle individual cases.

The biggest value for us is recovered revenue with very little internal effort. Money that would otherwise be written off comes back, and our team spends its time on the product instead of on paperwork.

The reporting is also useful beyond disputes. Seeing why we lose cases, broken down by reason, gave us real product insight. For example, it showed that a large share of lost disputes came from users claiming they had canceled or never got access to the platform.

That insight led us to use Justt's enrichment process, which is one of its strongest features. It lets us send our own data into dispute evidence, so we added a Cancellation Request status with a timestamp, our vendor name, and usage logs showing what each user did on the platform and when. The integration was straightforward, and after adding these data points our results improved. It wasn't a dramatic jump, but it was a measurable gain for relatively little engineering work. What do you dislike about Justt?

There isn't much to complain about. The main limitation is that Justt's results are only as good as the data you give it. The biggest gains depend on enrichment, which means the merchant has to do the work of figuring out which data points will matter and building them. In our case we didn't store usage logs at all, so we had to design that tracking ourselves, and we also had to work out edge cases on our side, such as users who file a dispute first and cancel afterward. More upfront guidance on which data points tend to win which dispute types would have saved us some research time. Even after enrichment, the improvement was noticeable but modest, so it's worth setting realistic expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Justt solves the problem of revenue lost to chargebacks, especially friendly fraud, where customers who received the service dispute the charge with their bank anyway. For most subscription businesses, a lot of these disputes end up being accepted as a cost of doing business, simply because fighting each one takes time and expertise the team doesn't have.

With Justt, those disputes are defended by a team that specializes in it, without us having to build that capability in-house. The benefit is recovered revenue and time back for our team, plus confidence that legitimate charges won't be lost by default.

The pricing model makes it an easy choice. Justt only earns on won disputes, so their incentives are aligned with ours and there's no real financial risk in adopting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
