I think what I like most is that the management within the platform is clearly explained and easy to understand. It has a friendly interface, so you immediately know where to look when you need something specific. We’ve run into a few issues with the evidence gallery, where some items were displaying incorrectly in the evidence. For example, we had refund proof in which the value was repeating multiple times.
