The focus on legal practice with features like the ability to export structured financial data is particularly valuable for internal management and financial control. I appreciate that it reduces administrative workload by centralizing client projects, invoices, and payment statuses. The intuitive interface made the initial setup straightforward, allowing our team to adapt quickly. The features give us a reliable view of our legal work and its financial side, structuring each client matter as a separate project and reducing manual follow-up, thus limiting oversight and offering better visibility into cash flow. The main area that could be improved is reporting and workflow customization. For detailed financial reconciliation, we still need to export data and process some of it outside the platform. More flexible built-in reports, filters, and customizable export fields would save time. Project status management could also be more granular. Custom statuses, clearer automation around matters marked as 'waiting,' and reminders when a matter remains inactive for a certain period would help us apply workflows more consistently.
